Are you and your family experiencing conflict or a big transition that you haven’t been able to resolve on your own? Family therapy can support you through these changes.

I help families navigate disagreements on parenting styles, single parent stressors, co-parenting conflict, divorce and remarriage stressors, blended family support, empty nesters and caregiver stress.

Your family is unique, and your experience in therapy should be unique, too.

Family issues may be addressed between two family members, or involve the participation of the whole family unit.

Family members involved in the therapy process can include, but are not limited to, parents (i.e. biological, adoptive, stepparent), children, grandparents, other extended family members, and/or any other pertinent or relevant members of the household or family unit.
